Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Area Supervisor with a mechanical or electrical engineering background for a large facilities management company.

About The Role:
Covering the South East region, you will be responsible for the running of numerous sites, overseeing all technical matters relating to the plant and electrical equipment maintenance, in a commercial setting, this will include, but is not limited to:
  • Mon to Fri
  • 8.30am-5pm
  • £20.83ph
  • Weekly Pay

  • Technical & quality audits / ensuring sites are compliant
  • HSEQ responsible
  • Staff appraisals
  • Recruitment / interviews
  • Ensuring KPIs are achieved & reported on
  • Act as technical lead for the region
  • Assessment of subcontractors on site
  • Identify potential for improvements with existing equipment & facilities
  • Other duties to be outlined upon receipt of application

About You:
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a managerial role
  • Experience as a multi skilled engineer & relevant qualification/ experience
  • Proven leadership experience & qualities
  • Experienced with CAFM systems
  • IOSH
  • Must have FM experience
