Premier Placement Services are looking to recruit a Facilities Engineering Manager to work for our well-established client based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Our client is one of the UK’s leading supplier in custom-made steel door solutions and is looking for an experience Facilities Manager to join their existing team.

Permanent contract.

£40,000 per year.

This role involves:

  • Co-ordinating the maintenance and implementation of the site infrastructures.
  • Supervising the Maintenance team.
  • Perform evaluations to determine repair and maintenance needs.
  • Plan all installations and refurbishments .
  • Asist with team training and activates regarding professional development.
  • Oversee the departmental budget.

Qualifications/ Skills:

  • BSc/ BA in Facility Management.
  • Relevant experience.
  • Knowledgeable in technical/ engineering operations and facilities management.
  • Organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Pro-active.
  • Strong decision maker.
