We are looking for a brilliant administrator to join our Facilities team as a Facilities Contracts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of high-quality administrative tasks as part of the Facilities Team.


We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and who is committed to providing an outstanding level of customer service. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with a wide range of customer queries and working with a range of stakeholders including managers, staff, students and external organisations. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a Facilities service role and even better if you had a facilities management qualification.


We’d like you to:


  • Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area or significant relevant experience.
  • Hold a minimum level 2 qualification in functional skills (literacy and numeracy)
  • Hold or be working towards an IT qualification at least level 2 or equivalent
