As a progressive student-centred College, we are now looking for a Facilities Administrator.

Details of the role

The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing general administrative support to the Facilities Department, with specific duties in respect of providing the administrative link between Health and Safety Consultants and the College, including providing a front-line enquiry service for all internal Health and Safety enquiries, playing a key role in supporting departments to ensure Health and Safety compliance.

This is a full time role for 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

There are two roles available, one based at each of our sites in Medway and Maidstone.

Interviews will be held on 12 August 2021.

Job Requirements

You will have an NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in relevant subject (administration, customer care or IT) or able to demonstrate experience/competency at this level.

GCSE grade C or above or equivalent qualification in English & Mathematics or able to demonstrate appropriate level of competence at this level.
