Mon-Thu 7-5 & Fri 7-12

Job Purpose:

In this role, you will be required to manufacture PVC doors and windows through the production line to provide high quality products to internal and external customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working in a small team within all sections on the production floor to include all machinery.
  • Using cordless tools to secure hardware to frames.
  • Use of self-standing windows fabrication machinery.
  • Rotating section work to ensure multi skilled working and provide cover for staff absences
  • To provide high quality standards throughout the build
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg on own. Above this weight additional personnel will be provided as in line with Health & Safety standards
  • Adherence to all organization policies, management systems and standard operational procedure, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality
  • Work positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel in order to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity
  • Represent the organization in a positive way as to avoid the damage of corporate image or bringing the company into disrepute
  • Promote and display the Epwin Core Values

Key Experiences and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
