What is the role about?

Duties And Responsibilities

Herbert Parkinson General Operatives are specialists in the design and manufacture of soft furnishing products.

This role requires someone who is motivated and proactive with an excellent eye for detail and someone who is a great team player. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for all aspects of manufacturing the products while achieving the department requirements on performance, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to;
  • To Maintain high levels of housekeeping in your immediate work area.
  • To be flexible and move tasks throughout the shift as work dictates.
  • To support other sections within the department as and when required.
  • To perform any other duties as required by managers.
  • To contribute to a safe working environment by being up to date on all H&S training requirements.
