Fabric Engineer- Mobile £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00am- 17:00pm Mainstay have an opportunity for a Fabric Engineer based within across the NorthEast of England This role will be completing general maintenance tasks. Role Fabric Engineer covering a single site in Northeast. Plumbing, Carpentry, Door fixing, Tiling, Painting, and maintenance tasks. As a Fabric Engineer you will be doing Pre planned and Reactive work completing. You will ensure that all jobs are completed to a high standard and within the given time frame. You will be responsible for ensure the Health and safety is followed when completing all jobs. Company A Facilities Management firm looking after a mixed portfolio of sites Candidate Fabric Qualifications such as Carpentry, Plumbing, Joinery Desirable Previous experience within a similar environment an advantage with FM service provider background Strong work ethic and desire to progress and build on existing experience. Must be able to work on their own to complete tasks. Excellent customer facing skills. Good communication both verbal and written. Full UK drivers license
