Job Purpose: A professional FA Inspector is required to develop and implement quality and business improvements within an Aerospace manufacturing environment. To develop business relationships that promote growth and improve quality standards. Key responsibilities:-Compile FAIR documentation AS9102
  • Compile concessions
  • Action Customer Returns
  • NCR & MRB control
  • Perform internal audits ISO9001/AS9100
  • 8D, PFMEA, PSCA/Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure close out of relevant RCCA
  • Calibration system monitor/control
  • Review Specifications
  • Setup/Control Quality Report databases
  • To support the Quality Manager in various tasks Desired experience and qualification:
  • Talented FA Inspector
  • ISO Quality Management Systems and NADCAP
  • ISO AS9100 / ISO9001
  • Continuous improvement techniques
