F&O SCM Functional Consultant - Sheffield - £60,000 - £70,000

Due to growth a Dynamics Functional Consultant is now needed for a successful consultancy. The primary function of the role is to undertake business analysis to identify opportunities and support, configure and improve Dynamics AX to deliver to these requirements.

You will be at the start of many migration journeys from Dynamics AX to D365 F&O. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of the projects. If you’re looking to upgrade your skills and experience and are looking for an opportunity to be involved in multiple D365 implementations, this could be the job for you.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage support and continuous improvement initiatives in multiple functional areas
  • Identify the impact on and requirements for business processes to support the organisation’s Dynamics AX requirements
  • Manage the effort to provide analysis of, and document decomposition of, business processes
  • Execute detailed design and configuration for related continuous improvement activities
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the user community in conjunction with the business process team members
  • Provide post-implementation production support and training
  • Ensure all work undertaken is compliant with governance and change management policies and processes
The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for:
  • More than 6 years of industry experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
  • Minimum 2 functional areas experience (Manufacturing, supply chain and Finance preferred)
  • Microsoft D365 F&O implementation experience (minimum 1 full implementations)
  • Good time and priority management skills.
