Salary / Rate: £77.00 - £85.00 per day
Location: Walton area of Liverpool MILK Education are working in partnership with a local Primary School in the Liverpool area who are looking for a EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team . You will be working in a busy Reception class at the school and supporting children with their learning and development . This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Hours : Monday - Friday = 8.45am-3.30pm Key Responsibilities:-Working closely with the class teacher to raise attainment for lower ability pupils.
  • Undertaking group work in phonics and reading and other topics as & when required
  • Supporting groups of pupils in a Reception class
  • Adhering to all school policies ensuring safeguarding is kept to a high standard. Essential requirements to become a Teaching Assistant with Milk-Education
  • To have relevant childcare experience, whether that be paid or voluntary.
  • Previous experience supporting children and young people in the following settings: school, nursery, social care, youth centre or sport coaching.
  • To be confident to raise attainment with lower ability pupils.
