The Head Teacher of this outstanding primary school in Sleaford is looking for a inspirational & dynamic Teaching Assistant to join a highly successful team. The ideal candidates will be experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 with a proven track record of delivering consistent support.


This role would allow the right candidate to build on their existing knowledge and skills whilst being able to flourish in a progressive and caring school.

  • Contract length or end date:01/01/2023 to 31/12/2023
The successful candidate will be a passionate teaching assistant who:
  • Can confidently and effectively support small groups of children of varying abilities.
  • Has a good working knowledge of Phonics, English and Maths to support pupil progress.
  • Can use their initiative, is efficient and well organised and has skills and talents to improve the learning of children.
  • Has a caring and positive attitude.
  • Has a range of successful behaviour management strategies.
  • Has excellent communication skills and is approachable for all children and staff.
  • Has the ability to promote the school’s values.

We are looking for NVQ Level 3, term time only plus 5 training days.
