This privately owned UK company is seeking a dedicated Business Development/Export Sales Manager to drive sales in the process industry primarily via agents and distributors throughout Europe.Ideally based UK South, M4 corridor, Northern Home Counties, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, we would like you to be commutable to the office with some hybrid working.
This is an exciting opportunity and requires a proactive and results driven salesperson with a passion for B2B technology solutions, managing multiple stakeholder relationships and plenty of international travel.

- Develop and maintain relationships with agents and distributors to promote the company’s leading technology solutions to process industry customers.
- Use your consultative and value selling techniques to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Engage in proactive business development activities to expand market presence.
- Demonstrate technical capability and expertise to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Collaborate within a small and focussed sales team, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Represent the company in face-to-face meetings with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Ideally degree educated in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or process industry sector.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to understand complex customer requirements.
- Experience with sales via agents and distributors, managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
