F&B Supervisor

Thame, Oxfordshire

£20,000 per annum

We are working with our client to recruit for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will be working within their award-winning venue. They are offer the ideal venue for events, conferences, and weddings.

Key Responsibilities –
  • Familiarise yourself with daily bookings
  • To exceed the expectations of guests and provide the best possible service at all times
  • To ensure the NOP manual is adhered to at all times
  • To liaise with the lounge bar and support them when required
  • To assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the introduction of sales and encourage upselling at all times
  • To ensure that all areas under control are maintained in a clean and hygienic state and that cleaning schedules are being used
  • To be fully compliant with the hotel and companies standard of operation, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain a professional image on duty, including a polite and courteous manner, cheerful disposition, and punctuality.
Key Requirements

  • Ability to recognise guest satisfaction through exceptional employee service and performance.
  • Experience supervising staff within a food and beverage environment.
