Job Description: QEHS Learning Coordinator

Location:Peterborough - Fully office based

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours (37.5/ week) - Some flexiblity in the hours may be allowed

Salary: Up to £27K/ year | £13.85/hour (Non Negotiable)

We have an excellent opportunity to join this globally recognised company as a QEHS Learning Coordinator (Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety).

The main purpose of this role will be to provide support with the company’s QEHS internal learning strategy.

Job Duties:

  • Working with Learning Leaders to support the QHESS Learning Strategy.
  • Supporting with the maintenance of the QEHSS Learning Tracker.
  • Booking and managing of all training courses delivered by the QEHSS Learning team.
  • Managing a calendar in the approved LMS or IT system.
  • Developing and maintaining the approved internal, external trainer and observer lists
  • Producing and presenting learning reports based on key metrics.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in a heavy administrative role working with internal customers
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills at all levels
  • Strong technical acumen with operational systems preferable
  • Direct experience managing a Learning Management system
  • Experience working with 3rd party training providers & instructors is preferable
  • Experience working across a number of European countries is preferable (other languages would also be highly beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong MS office skills with a good understanding of Excel and Outlook especially
  • Strong EHS knowledge
