Synergy Security Solutions are looking for an experienced CCTV Operator to start work immediately, we are a well-established Security Company, with sites all over the UK. Who also provide many other job roles.

LOCATED IN BEDFORD AREA. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO SAFELY AND PUNCUTALLY ABLE TO COMMUTE TO THIS AREA ON A DAILY BASIS.

The ideal candidate will need:

  • SIA Door Supervisor License
  • CCTV License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience dealing with difficult situation.
  • Good control room experience - essential
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Experience working as a CCTV Operator professionally
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality.

The role will consist of,

  • Working in a public facing role
  • Dealing with vulnerable or distressed individuals
  • This role will also involve a lot walking/stairs, you will not be confined to the control room - a reasonable level of fitness is essential.
  • Overseeing the operations of the building
  • Both internal and external walking patrols, on occasion you will be at a static post outdoors.
