We are looking to recruit an experienced Building Services/ Maintenance Manager to join our busy Conference and Events Centre in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for ensuring the building fabric, including services are properly maintained, covering everything from repairs to routine services to the installation of upgrades. Additionally, you will need to be able to carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks and repairs around the building.

Key Tasks

· Ensure building properly maintained and fit for purpose.

· Responsible for maintenance of all essential services.

· Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

· Ability to carry out routine maintenance/repairs e.g. plumbing, electrical systems/painting, etc.

Qualifications

· At least 5 years experience building/maintenance management role.

· Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.

· Experience in planning maintenance operations.

· Competent in problem solving and decision making

· Complete IT skills.

· Knowledge of plumbing would be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
