We are looking to appoint an experienced Branch Manager/Valuer at our Blyth branch

The ideal candidate will be used to managing a team and running a busy estate agency branch. The successful candidate will ensure that we achieve agreed targets in line with the business plan, maximise opportunities for sales, income and profit and ensure that all company procedures are communicated effectively to branch staff and adhered to at all times. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out valuations and taking on instructions, therefore experience of this and owning your own car will be required for this role. Candidates must have great attention to detail, be good at taking quality photographs, have extensive experience in Estate Agency and the laws surrounding Anti Money Laundering and be driven to win new business at all levels. The position is full time including working Saturdays (with a day in lieu).

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
