We are looking for an experienced Account manager to continue our strong growth through proactively driving the development of existing accounts, by making sure we exceed our ambitious scale up targets.

Purpose of the Role:

As an experienced account manager you will be tasked with managing and developing trusting relationships with a portfolio of existing account customers. The main objective of an account manager is to win new business and increase our market share, the second objective will be to provide effective account management to all accounts that you have existing and new, tracking all developments within our CRM system. You will be responsible for the full end to end fulfilment of your customer orders, from quotation to setting up new users on our ’SMART portal’ to coordinating artwork and samples.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage and develop trusting relationships with your portfolio of existing account customers.
  • Make proactive sales/service calls and visits to your existing account customers.
  • Increase sales/ Upsell on your existing accounts year on year by proactively identifying and introducing new product lines .
  • Responsible for the whole sales cycle from initial call to closing the sale.
  • Use internal CRM system to log and track sales
  • Meet agreed sales and productivity targets.
  • Use campaign information to contact customers whilst managing the CRM system ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Convert new leads into customer accounts.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Carrying out other duties as requested.

Experience required

  • Have 2-3 years of account management experience.
  • Successful track record in sales.
  • Enthusiasm and driven to succeed with a consultative approach.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Recognise sales opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Experience working it a fast paced sales environment.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
