Experience Strategist

As an Experience Strategist, you will define and create exceptional human-centred experiences that benefit people and businesses. You ground your approach to digital and physical experiences in empathy and truly meet the needs of consumers, customers and employees.

You strive to understand the complete human journey and create fully aligned, context-driven experiences. You are the vital bridge to ensure that these experiences remain mindful of the business value, and the metrics needed to show the impact of experience in product and service design.

What will you do?
  • The experiences you help define will be apps and websites; online and in-person interactions. They are functional, intuitive, engaging and valuable
  • Plan on how to execute on experience strategies with a human-centred approach
  • Develop innovative experiences that help our clients connect with their customers
Requirements
  • Experience leading a project’s key activities including stakeholder / customer interviews, usability testing and workshops
  • Prototyping for products, services and environments along with a solid understanding of emerging technologies
  • Ability to develop insights that are actionable, goal-orientated and unique to the project
  • An understanding of data quality and what types of DQ issues can occur in datasets
