We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, proactive and
professional Executive PAto support the CEO and COO. This
role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to develop
and contribute to shaping of a growing business. This is a full time position
based at Compassionate Care Group’s head office in Ashley, Cheshire (near
Manchester Airport)

The Executive PA Role
  • Diary
    management: prioritising and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Attending and organising meetings while making
    sure the Execs are well prepared & that all notes/action items are
    taken/distributed quickly
  • Act as first point of contact for the Execs
    and identify priorities before they reach them
  • Preparing
    agendas and presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Taking
    minutes of various meeting, and taking a lead on ensuring actions are
    completed
  • Proactively managing inboxes and sending responses
  • Arranging and booking travel
  • Proof
    reading documents
  • General
    office management including managing the Office Administrators
  • Work closely with
    the Functioning Heads and Departmental Leads
  • Ad
    hoc administration tasks

The Essentials For The Executive PA Are
  • Able
    to work successfully and contribute in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Previous experience as personal or executive assistant
  • Highly organised, flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Hungry to learn and a real ‘can do’ attitude
  • Highly motivated and able to manage multiple
    priorities at once
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent
    organisational skills
  • Ability
    to quickly grasp what is needed and deliver at pace
  • Ability
    to build effective relationships
  • A strong capability in
    using Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role
