An Executive Lounge Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for working in the Executive Lounge to deliver an excellent service. They will also be asked to support in other areas of guest experience, i.e. look after VIP guests and support the Leisure Club.



What will I be doing?

An Executive Lounge Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for working in the Executive Lounge to deliver an excellent service. They will also be asked to support in other areas of the guest experience department, i.e. look after VIP guests and support the Leisure Club. In specific the the main tasks will be the below:

  • Service guests in the hotels Executive Lounge
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
  • Top up buffets and keep them presentable at all times.
  • Prepare set ups for tables and clear and clean tables in a timely manner guests depart.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Comply with local licensing laws
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Assist with anything else required in the operation of the executive lounge and the Guest Experience department.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
