We are currently recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO who should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key part in supporting the CEO in all aspects of their work.
  • Diary management & Travel arrangements.
  • Attending meetings and producing minutes;
  • Management of Development database, including investors and suppliers;
  • Producing / maintaining reports and presentations;
  • Responsible for management of commercial tenants including liaising with estate agents, signature leases (new and renewals) and dealing with ongoing issues;
  • Record keeping and archiving (company and CEO personal);
  • Responsible for department marketing activities, and CEO personal (LinkedIn);
  • Submit personal expenses and credit card reconciliations for CEO;
  • HR Assistant duties;
  • Oversee all office maintenance matters including IT, telephone system and building systems.
  • Social Events planning
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders and Invoice approval
  • Assist in the management of property developments from conception to completion.

Qualifications

  • Educated to A Level/degree level
  • An excellent communicator - written and verbal
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • High standards of accuracy and efficiency
  • Analytical with an eye for detail
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Courteous, friendly and tactful - establishes rapport easily
