We are looking for an experienced and organised Executive Assistant to provide exemplary professional, administrative and technical support to the Executive Dean and Deputy Dean of the Nottingham Business School, at Nottingham Trent University. As part of the School Management Support Team, this role is key to the success and effectiveness of the School’s Leadership.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and collaborative working skills; demonstrate the ability to lead confidential or sensitive conversations ensuring integrity and fairness; and have excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences. Other essential skills include, solutions orientated approach and competent system skills, including the Microsoft suite and in particular PowerPoint and Teams. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will have a proven ability to complete tasks to deadlines by using your initiative and prioritising your own workload. You will have strong influencing skills as well as being an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written correspondence, along with the ability to build strong relationships across the University and with external stakeholders.
