A bit about the role
To provide EA duties to our Product Exec members. Managing diaries (including scheduling all meeting for the critical path), appointments and general administration. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills are essential. Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and calm/level-headed manner.

The need-to-knows
As an Executive Assistant and Critical Path Coordinator you will:

  • Extensively manage diary and agendas across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Have exclusive ownership of the critical path scheduling
  • Provide background information on all meetings, both internal and external making sure the Executives are briefed ahead of meetings
  • Support the production of presentations and papers
  • Be a total people person and know when to prioritize what and when
  • Own distribution lists for all Product teams
  • Manage travel and expenses
  • Support with general administration

Your experience checklist
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant and Critical Path Coordinator to have:

  • Strong calendar and time management skills
  • High level of organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
