Excavation Engineer (Drainage)

The Lanes Group are recruiting for Excavation Engineer {Drainage}

The job:

You will be part of a two-person team Drainage Excavation Team, working on groundwork projects, drainage-related minor repairs, reinstatements, and pipe work renewals, clients could be residential commercial and industrial properties.

You will visit different types of clients and sites, from private domestic, commercial, residential, to industrial.

About you:

You will need to show and demonstrate experience in drainage repair techniques on: All pipe materials

As The Lanes Group operate 24/7, 365 days a year, there may be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours call-out rota, for which overtime rates will apply.

You will be expected to comply with all Group Health Safety and Environmental compliance, full Training with be provided as part of a Group Induction Training package.

Essential / Desirable Experience:

  • The successful candidate will possess knowledge and skills relating to drainage pipe repair.
  • NRSW Trained would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Experience installing, Hydraulic trench support systems
  • Mini Excavator trained, desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Full UK Driving License with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reinstatement Experience: Modular, Concrete, Flexible surfaces
  • Report writing experience, desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
