Exam Invigilators are needed in your area!Castle Education are looking to welcome new Exam Invigilators in Bridlington to join our team to support the young people in our communities during exam seasons and sessions. We offer full training and support and in exchange you will get work to fit round your own commitments and within the local schools in your area.The purpose of the role:We are seeking a responsible and reliable Exam Invigilator to join our team during exam periods. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that exams are conducted in accordance with the examination board’s regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities: Ensure that exam rooms are set up prior to the start of the exam Verify the identity of students before allowing them into the exam room Distribute and collect exam papers Ensure that students are adhering to the examination board’s regulations Monitor students during the exam to prevent cheating or any other exam malpractices Record any incidents that occur during the exam Ensure that all exam materials are accounted for after the exam Report any exam-related issues to the relevant authorityRequirements: A high level of attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work calmly under pressure Ability to maintain confidentiality A professional and friendly demeanor Must be reliable and punctual Must have a good command of English languageThe pay rate for this role will be £11an hour and during exam weeks you can be earning up to £300 a week on a busy exam week.To discuss this role or any other role within schools or Education please contact Castle Education on (phone number removed) or send your updated CV to (url removed) Castle Employment Group is an award-winning recruitment company based in Scarborough, Leeds and York.
