Overview

Capricorn Security are looking for experienced SIA Security Licenced staff to work at a variety of outdoor concerts and events at Trentham
Gardens, Stone Rd, Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 8JG from July through to the New Year.

The events will take place every Friday and Saturday evening, so you must be available on all or most of these days. During the events, you will be working outside and will be on your feet, interacting with visitors in a pleasant and helpful manner.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Carrying out pre and post event safety checks to identify any potential risk/hazards and reporting these to the Safety Officer/Manager on site
  • Ticket checking
  • Bag/Person Searches to ensure that no prohibited items are taken into the grounds
  • Being helpful and polite, greeting and directing visitors
  • Monitoring crowd movements and behaviour to identify any potential issues and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of all staff and visitors
  • Securing licenced/hospitality area
  • Dealing with crowd disruptions
  • Car parking duties amongst others
