We are looking for part time event staff to join our new bubble tea shop / cafe located at the heart of Herne Hill, SE24 London. We are a fast growing family run business looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team.

We also run bubble tea workshops and cater for events and festivals.

We are looking for:

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Passionate about parties and events
  • Drivers license due to occasional travel required
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • To be proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word and Excel)
  • Positive nature and can do attitude
  • Experienced in bubble tea making
  • A great people person and team worker
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • Flexible working hours including weekends
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events and parties.
  • Dealing with enquires via telephone, email and social media
  • Prepare equipment and materials for events
  • Setting up for events and hosting if required
  • Clearing down of events and returning products to our base
  • Ensuring hygiene and cleaning procedures are followed, including Food Safety
  • Support operation in the shop as and when needed.
  • Routine in-store cleaning

Previous bubble tea experience highly recommended.

We are also looking someone with the ambition to become events and operational managers, promotions will be swift once ability is demonstrated.
