St Audries Park is an Exclusive Wedding Venue, set in 100 acres of Deer park. Overlooking the rolling Quantock Hills and the Bristol Channel, part of the UK’s longest running group of exclusive wedding venue Country House Weddings Group

We are recruiting Casual EVENING Front of House Waiting & Bar Staff. Reporting to the Bar and Banqueting Managers , assisting in all accepts of food service (Canapes, Wedding breakfast)

Job Description

Waiting Duties

Confident, friendly and polite waiting staff to greet, host and serve guests with a smile at weddings

- Service of Canapes, Wedding Breakfast

- Clearing way cutlery, plates, and tables at the end of service

- awareness of Allergens (full training will be given)

Bar Duties

- assist in the management of drink service to all guests.

  • Ensure the presentation of your bar is immaculate
  • Implement ideas to meet customer needs and increase bar sales, in consultation with the Bar Manager..

Ensure the smooth running the bar at of each wedding, event and the venue, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador at all times.

  • Ensure good customer service levels are maintained with the view to exceeding expectations and achieving high sales values within the Venue.
  • Service of pre-ordered drinks, and service of all drinks from our Bar

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Available midweek or weekends & holidays

Experience:

  • Full Service Servers: 1 year (preferred)
