Job Description

The EMEA EPM MCC (Motion Control Center) business is responsible to position the solutions to drive orders growth for the MCC business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The products and solutions of responsibility include IEC 2500 MCC & Nema 2100 MCC. Leads new product and solution launches and introductions. Key contact point for global BU on market information and needs. Is involved in major projects and guides the CE and sales team during sales pursuit.

Experience Required For Professional Level
  • MCC and/or Drives/ IC Product Experience of min 5 years
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Good knowledge of industrial products and applications
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Able to work in cross-regional, multi-cultural team
  • Excellent communication skills

Required Education
  • BS in Engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge; further education in business administration, operations, or project management is a plus.
  • English language (verbal and written).

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Functional
  • Define and execute sales & business strategy for MCC.
  • Support the ETO commercial engineering team.
  • Update on new product and solutions.
  • MCC solution positioning technology and pricing.
  • Define product positioning (focus industry, key applications …) and advise project pricing level helping the sales team close orders.
  • Be the commercial leader in negotiations where appropriate.
  • Be the representative of the MCC business unit in EMEA, establish good working relationships with other functions logistics, order entry, HR, finance, sales, C&N, CSM and SSB. Be the link between the sales team and the business units.
  • Provide feedback to the PCB & ITD management and the business units on the region’s needs and opportunities.
  • Lead in new product introductions.

Business
  • Drive the business forward in order to exceed the AOP.
  • Supports MCC business strategy development to drive MCC growth in the region.

  • Coordinate customer requirements with engineering and other appropriate departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Provide input for developing marketing/sales aids, advertisements and brochures.
