With this role, you will be responsible for building and managing the Europe HR operational infrastructure, enhancing system knowledge and data literacy within the Europe HR team, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to the internal HR team using the latest technology and productivity methodologies. This position will require effective collaboration with the headquarters HR team to align strategies and implement global HR initiatives across Europe. Responsibilities

1. Build up the Europe HR operation infrastructure:

  • Collaborate with the headquarters HR team and site HR managers to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices that are aligned with the organization’s goals and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate the implementation of HR systems, HRIS, and other relevant internal workflow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
  • Develop and maintain employee data management processes, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and adherence to relevant regulations (GDPR, etc.).
  • Establish and monitor metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR operational processes.

2. Facilitate system knowledge and data literacy in the Europe HR team:

  • Provide training and support to HR team members on HR systems, tools, and technologies to enhance their knowledge and proficiency.
  • Develop and implement data analysis and reporting practices to enable data-driven decision making within the Europe HR team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR team, encouraging adoption of best practices and innovative approaches.

3. Provide efficient and effective service to internal HR team for synergy

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery through technology adoption, automation, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Headquarter HR, IT and other relevant teams to evaluate, implement and maintain HR technologies and platforms that improve productivity and streamline processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging HR technologies and trends, and leverage these to improve HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze HR operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and proactively implement solutions.

4. Supervise a team of HR experts:

  • In charge of compensation planning, Manage and provide guidance to a team of people analytics and payroll professional, health & safety expert, recruiter, and L&D specialist.
  • Foster collaboration and create synergy within the Europe HR team, enabling cross-functional cooperation and knowledge-sharing.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and support the professional development of team members.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Demonstrated experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or global organization.

3. Strong knowledge of SAP, RPA, and other relevant analytics platforms.

4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on using data to drive problem solving and decision making.

5. Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations across Europe.

6. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.

8. Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.

9. Fluency in English. Additional knowledge of Mandarin or European languages is a plus.
