What’s the role?

The EU Innovation Lead for Ecover will direct and deliver the EU innovation agenda; driving the innovation pipeline to market that is in service of the global brand strategy. You will be a strategic partner to the Brand Lead & Product Experience helping to define Ecover 5-year global innovation strategy and pipeline, driving a brand led (rather than category led) approach and adopting a consumer centric (rather than customer centric) mindset to innovation development.

You will have full responsibility for management and tracking of the EU innovation pipeline from conception to fruition and will execute a pipeline against a masterbrand architecture. You will own the innovation goals, and define the project musts/wants, manage trade-offs and lead critical decision making throughout stage-gate process. And you will oversee product P&L, ensuring project meets/exceeds key financial targets/margin

  • Strategic brand leadership

  • Financial / commercial fluency
  • People leadership experience (no direct reports, but oversight on project teams) - Project / Stakeholder management
