ESTIMATOR/CAD TECHNICIAN

Charterhouse recruitment are currently recruiting for an Estmator/CAD Technician to join a well-established company in the Wirral area. The company have continued to grow and are looking to welcome their newest member of their team.

What You Want To Know...
  • Full time, Monday to Friday working hours
  • Salary from £25,000 and DOE
  • Onsite parking
  • Plenty of progression opportunities

What You’ll Be Doing...
  • Reading plans and technical drawings
  • Designing products using CAD
  • Estimating on new projects
  • Speaking with multiple people on a daily basis, such as clients, quantity surveyors, estimators, architects etc
  • Maintaining the supplier list
  • Attend regular CPD presentations
  • And lots more!
YOU MUST...
  • Be experienced in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Be able to work to deadlines
  • Be a competent user of CAD and other programmers such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
  • Be a proactive and driven team member
  • Be able to present to and engage to people of all levels.
