Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd are seeking a Estimator/Surveyor to work from our Head Office in Fareham.

Operating for over 15 years with an established customer base Hi-Tech Property Services is a successful building and refurbishment contractor. Due to sustained growth, we are seeking to increase our Estimating and Surveying team further.

You will work as part of an established team in our Estimating department and will be involved with surveying and estimating our reactive/planned maintenance and refurbishment projects, working with other departments at Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd to deliver services to our Public House, Hospitality, Construction and Leisure clients. You will be expected to work unassisted following some training to familiarise yourself with the systems used at Hi-Tech.

Preferable the successful candidate will have an HNC/HND/Degree in the Build Environment, however this is not essential, experiences will be taken into consideration as we feel ’hands on’ experience is a valid attribute.

Salary range £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE

The role will include:

- Site surveys and measures;

- Preparation and submission of tender proposals;

- Accurate production and management of estimates, including subcontractor enquiries;

- Knowledge of BCIS or SPONS pricing methodology.

You will have:

- A methodical in your approach to work

- Excellent Microsoft office suite skills, specifically Excel;

- Good communication skills;

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;

- Good team working ethic;

- Driving Licence.
