For this role in particular we are looking for someone with the following: Customer focused. * Excellent numeracy skills. * Keen attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. * Organised with an eye for detail. * Confident and comfortable multi-tasking. What will I be doing in the role? In this role you will; Utilising the company’s bespoke CRM system. Creating multiple accurate quotations on a daily basis. Communicating with customers via telephone and email. Sourcing prices from various manufacturers. Advising customers on appropriate products, pricing and lead times. Liaising with both internal and external colleagues to support the conversion of enquiries into quotations and subsequently orders.
