We"re currently recruiting for an Estimator to join our client"s team in Uttoxeter. The company is a well established UK manufacturer, boasting over 30 years of being a leader in their market. The key duties of an Estimator in this role are: Oversee the technical enquiries for bespoke products Generate timely and accurate quotes on receipt of customer request for quotations.

Work closely with the Production Manager and the Production Supervisors to ensure the most effective solutions are made for customer orders/queries Maintain technical communication with customers when required Issue finalised quotations to the customer Use the company CRM system to manage enquiries Follow up with customers on the status of submitted quotes Person specification for the Estimator role: Hold sound knowledge and/or qualifications within a Mechanical Engineering discipline Have experience in estimating/providing proposals within a manufacturing or construction company. You will need to be a fantastic communicator (both written and verbal) as this is a customer facing role. * Skilled user of MS Excel, MS Office.

General computer literacy will be required.
