Salary: Negotiable + benefits package FULL TIME , PERMANENT Estimator Intro group are looking to recruit a Estimator on behalf of an established company, to work on an exciting new project based near Chorley. We are looking for a confident communicator with previous procurement experience to provide commercial support on multiple projects from new build to refurb on commercial developments of values 2 - 7 million Be a part of our innovative team pioneering new ways to build and ensuring we deliver on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. Responsibilities:-Detail discussions with the client to determine the finished article.
  • Researching materials, equipment and labour costs.
  • Gathering quotes from sub contractors and suppliers.
  • Assessing the levels of risk on the project.
  • Analysing company data, exchange rates and prices using software packages.
  • Preparing and submitting quotations for work.
  • Helping with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities.
  • Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts. What you get:
