We are looking for an experienced Estimator for projects we currently have in the construction New Build category - small flat blocks etc. and certain high end refurbishment works. The Candidate will have an immediate start and work with our In house Team and remotely if necessary. They must have a proven track record and proof of jobs worked on and their win and loss record with Companies. They will be working under the Project Director and will undertake tasks such as;-Preparing accurate and timely estimates for a range of construction projects and refurbishments
  • Taking control of all enquiries
  • Must be fluent with Construction packages
  • Must be fluent with Refurbishment packages
  • Leading the contract estimating for each contract
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Adaptability - you should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and be willing to learn new skills and techniques as needed
  • Room for growing within the Company and taking on a greater position
  • Must have experience in new build small flat developments plus high end properties too and this should reflect on their CV
