The role

· Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction by architectural and structural detailed drawings

· Evaluate offers to purchase by requirements, additions, and costing changes.

· Resolve cost differences, analyse and collect info for estimating

· Develops bids for projects.

· Schedule meetings with clients, managers, and staff

· Monitor processes

The candidate

• 2-3 years relevant estimating experience within a similar environment.

• Excellent time management with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.

• Excellent IT and numeracy skills

• Ability to travel and perform client/site visits when required.

Salary: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
