FINANCIAL ESTIMATOR - CONSTRUCTIONModPods International Ltd is a rapidly growing offsite modular manufacturer in MMC. We are currently based in Kenilworth (CV8 2LG) but are moving to our new factory in Walsgrave Triangle in Coventry (CV2 2ZL) within the next month.Role RequirementsWe are looking for an Estimator with a minimum of three years experience in financial estimating in the construction industry.You need to be energetic, positive and ambitious and wanting to grow your career alongside the rapid growth of the company.Salary & BenefitsThe salary range is £35,000 to £40,000commensurate with experiencePension SchemeAnnual leave is 28 days (20 days paid holiday + 8 Bank holidays)Training opportunities.Key Performance AreasProduce cost estimates that schedule the inclusion and pricing exclusionsUnderstand the requirements of the different projects and select metrics to produce valid estimatesReview documents, consult other managers to collect all relevant dataAnalyse data and produce forecastsPerform risk analysisPrepare detailed reports for submissionEvaluate offers and quotes and select advantageous deals to benefit the companyQualifications And SkillsB.Sc. / B.A. in Engineering, Construction Science or relevant fieldCertified Professional Estimator (CPE) an added advantageMinimum of three years relevant experience in estimation in the UKAdvanced skills in Excel and MSWordSound knowledge of AutoCAD RevitConditionsYou must have the right to work in the UK and you need to submit a Share Code with your application.ApplicationApply through Totaljobs.
