The Estates Service Desk Administrator will provide technical administrative support to the Estates Service Desk and Secretariat support to Facilities Manager and Service Desk Manger when required.

The purpose of this role will include manging fault reports through the ticketing portal, fault progress management to satisfactory conclusion, raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices and ensuring all relevant job paperwork is completed to a satisfactory standard. The role will also be responsible for engaging with contractors, feedback on standards of work, and collation of benchmarking and audit data.
