The Role
The Estates Project Manager is responsible for the planning, process and delivery of building projects across the estate. This involves producing detailed schedules of work, tendering and procurement documents to support an array of building projects that vary in complexity and technical detail.
This is a technical, building-works related role that is focused on planning and delivering estate improvements to ensure the Foundation educational and residential environments are fit for purpose and fit for the future. Working from within a small Estates and Facilities Team, there is a need to understand Foundation service delivery and drive estate and building improvements.
Working closely with the Head of Estates and Facilities you will provide technical advice on building projects and coordinate future capital expenditure. You will deliver estate projects and minor/major new works, in accordance with Strategic Accommodation Baseline.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in a similar setting and be very comfortable in the technical aspect of the role.
