Salary £23,907 per annum

We have a great opportunity based in Wellingborough for an Estates & Facilities Assistant to become a key member of our clients Estates and Facilities department.

As an Estates & Facilities Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing a full range of services to ensure the facilities overall environment fully supports the aims and visions of the group.

These duties include:-

  • Security

  • Portering

  • Maintenance and ground maintenance

  • Health and safety testing

  • Driving

  • Cleaning.

Our ideal candidates will be willing to obtain a basic level of health and safety knowledge and have experience of working with the public and experience of working with young people, alongside a willingness to undertake relevant training
