We are seeking to recruit to an Estates and Facilities Performance Manager to work within the Contracts and Performance Team as part of the Trust wide Estates and Facilities Department.

The role is pivotal within the team, and whilst reporting to the Head of Estates Contracts and Performance, the post holder will work closely with the Contract Managers for each contract portfolio. The post holder will also manage the monitoring team who all work to ensure that appropriate standards are achieved and those services are being delivered in line with the contractual obligations.

With a significant number of large contracts including Hard and Soft FM services, Sterile Services, Bed Management and Retail services the post holder will require strong performance and data management skills, working closely with service provider colleagues in order to that the Trust has appropriate evidence and assurance of service standards.

The team works in a very busy department, and therefore the successful candidate will need to be exhibit strong prioritisation and organisational skills, and to show full commitment to ensuring that the Trust achieves the best services for our staff and our patients.

The successful candidate will be expected to work and travel across all the hospital sites, although the main base will be at Churchill Place, Canary Wharf. The post is full time substantive position, 37.5 hours a week although there may be a requirement for occasional evening and weekend working for specific projects.
