An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Sales Negotiator at our multi-award winning prestigious client.

Their expanding team are looking to add someone with a proven track record of providing the highest levels of Customer Service within the Retford area.

The Ideal Candidate should:

• Have a proven track record of excellent Customer Service
• Have experience selling New Build homes
• Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
• Be organised and professional with solid attention to detail and time management.
• Highly skilled in Customer Service with a confident telephone and face-to-face manner.
• An understanding of the Retford and surrounding areas property market
• A proven ability to negotiate between two or more parties.
• A full UK driving License would be required, along with access to own transport.

Desirable Attributes:

• Previous experience working within a similar industry sector.

Hour of Work:

• Thursday to Monday – 10:00am to 5:00pm

Remuneration:

My clients are offering an industry leading package with a competitive basic salary and realistic OTE of £45,000.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Retford, DN22 6LA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
