Sales Negotiator required in Washington for a well known local estate agency.
Jill Moore Select Properties are actively looking for a hungry and dynamic negotiator to join our successful and established team. This is an exciting opportunity for any career minded sales person to further their own career with a leading agency within Washington.

To be considered, the ideal individual must have the following:

  • Previous property experience as a Sales Negotiator;
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Proven track record of being a top performer;

  • Passion for selling houses;

  • Hungry for success, must thrive at delivering consistently high standards under pressure;

Local area knowledge preferred, although not essential to apply for this position, you will be required to have at least 1 years experience in residential sales and be able to demonstrate your ’deal Making’ ability and past achievements.

Experience in valuations is preferred, although not essential to apply for this position. You may be providing prospective clients with an informed and market-accurate valuation of their property

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handling incoming enquiries and qualifying applicants on budget, location, and other requirements;
  • Arranging and conducting viewings with buyers based on their specific needs;
  • Taking on new instructions and communicating our terms of business.
  • Providing prospective clients with an informed and market-accurate valuation of their property
  • Receiving offers from prospective buyers, liaising with vendors, facilitating the smooth transaction between purchaser and vendor
  • Advertising new properties online and within the in-house software
  • Use of social media.
  • Consistently looking for new ways and generating ideas to attract more business and improve service levels.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

Salary: From £20,319.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
