Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for selling homes? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Estate Agency Manager to join our team at Lux And Living Estates As the Estate Agency Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our estate agency, managing a team of agents, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.

- Monitor market activity, competition, and industry trends to identify opportunities for business growth and develop innovative marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments within the company to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

- Oversee the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the estate agency industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

- In-depth knowledge of the local property market, property values, and industry regulations.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other estate agency management tools.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Valid Driving License

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £22,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
