Estate Agent with experience

Philip Martin Estate Agents are looking for an experienced estate agent who will be responsible for assisting clients selling properties. Your primary goal will be to facilitate transactions while providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients, property owners, and other professionals in the real estate industry to ensure successful property transactions.

Responsibilities:

Property Valuation: Conduct property valuations.

Property Listings: Create appealing property listings with detailed descriptions.

Marketing: Implement marketing to promote properties, including online listings, advertising, and social media.

Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers.

Negotiation: Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.

Legal Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including property contracts and agreements.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on property listings, offers, and market changes.

Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, including paperwork, emails, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

Relevant Experience: Prior experience in estate agency is essential.

Professional Licensing: Many estate agents in the UK are required to hold a relevant professional license, such as the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) qualification. (Preferred but not essential).

Knowledge of Local Market: Familiarity with the local property market. (Preferred but not essential).

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.

Customer Service: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using estate agent software and online listing platforms.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in paperwork and documentation is crucial.

Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
