Calling all energetic, service focussed Estate Agents with a track record of achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for your own ’patch’ of neighbourhoods in Hertfordshire, around 15,000 properties in total, where you will be the face of a leading agent, establishing yourself as the ’go-to’ person to provide property Sales and Lettings services.

Unlike other High Street agents, we don’t split the job across many different people, but one person manages their portfolio of transactions from start to finish, ensuring we deliver amazing levels of customer service (which is why we’re No1 in the UK on Trustpilot)

So, you’ll be:

- Finding, following up and qualifying new enquiries

- Delivering appraisals for Sales & Lets

- Writing your own listings and taking photos of the house according to our brand guidelines

- Accompanying 100% of all viewings and feeding back to the vendor

- Negotiating all offers

- Working closely with our team of specialist Sales Progressors on behalf of your buyer and vendor

- Handing over the keys at completion

This way of working is alien to many experienced agents, but once you get the hang of it - it is an incredibly effective way of delivering exceptional levels of service within our industry and getting great results too!

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: £18,000 - £60,000.00 on average, commission is uncapped

Required experience:

· Sales and/or Lettings: 2 years

· Full UK Driving Licence & own car
