A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, independent estate agency, to be based in their busy Ormskirk branch.

We are looking for an Appointments Clerk to support our sales and lettings teams, on either a full-time, or part-time basis.

Role Objectives

  • To arrange and carry out viewings on residential properties.
  • To support the sales and lettings teams in the effective and efficient operation of the respective departments.
  • To provide the highest level of customer service to all Clients.

Main Duties

  • Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
  • Undertaking viewings with potential applicants and spotting opportunities to cross-sell other suitable properties to buyers.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Answering phone calls

The wage displayed is pro-rata, for the part time position.

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: From £18,000.00 per year
